Hello, I'm David,

The picture to the right is one of my fave images I have ever taken. It includes all the most important people in my life. My beautiful partner, Firat, my gorgeous little girl Mavi Rosa and our cute and cuddly dog Frida. It’s a moment I am never going to forget. Every time I look at the photograph I remember how much fun Mavi was having paddling in the sea for the first time. Then you look at the dog and it just cracks me up. She looks like a smiling muppet!! It’s why I love photography. Only a photograph can capture a beautiful moment in time which becomes more valuable as time passes.

We are a big outdoors family and love nothing better than putting on our wellies and getting out in the countryside for a long walk. All Frida cares about is chasing balls, so we have a good supply of squeaky Kong balls in the bag! We all love music too, so if you look closely through the closed blinds on a Saturday night you will see the disco lights flashing as we dance with Mavi and Frida. Mavi has really good musical taste too, at the mo she loves ‘We are the robots’ by Kraftwerk and of course being a Liverpool lass, she loves the Beatles too!
